Question 1

How does the one-time engagement fee relate to the recurring managed-services retainer?

Accepted Answer

The one-time engagement fee covers the initial bounded workflow, its audit-grade framing, and the handoff. Where selected, the recurring managed-services retainer covers the ongoing monthly work — workflow monitoring, model-drift review, SOP upkeep, and audit-trail capture. The CRL-response package is one-time only; the inspection-readiness and AI-validation packages can carry the retainer.

Question 2

Can we add the recurring managed-services tier during an existing engagement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The recurring tier can be added mid-engagement once the named workflow, service cadence, and change-control scope are agreed and written into the engagement plan.

Question 3

How are enhancements scoped and priced?

Accepted Answer

Enhancements are scoped separately against the workflow rather than treated as an unbounded add-on. Clause, BAA, or SOP extensions, additional workflows, and reviewer checkpoints are quoted against the agreed change-control scope; the pricing page shows an existing $1,500–$4,500 enhancement band across packages.
